摘要
本文根据正态分布的规律，提出了对示波器幅度校准器和时间校准器扩展不确定度的一种估计方法，对其他计量测试项目不确定度的分析亦有一定参考价值。
According the law of normal distribution, we make an estimate of the dilation uncer- tainty for amplitude and time calibrater of ondoscope. As well, it is made for uncertainty analysis of other calibration.
