摘要
目的:探讨三级责任护理管理制度在重症医学科的作用。方法:按实行护理模式不同分为普通对照组和三级责任护理管理组,比较两组不良事件、合并症、并发症发生率,同时调查患者出重症医学科时的心理状态及患者(家属)对护理工作的满意度。结果:三级责任护理管理组不良事件、合并症、并发症发生率降低、患者出重症医学科时的抑郁评分下降,患者(家属)对护理工作的满意度提高。结论:三级责任护理管理制度是一能提高并保证护理质量的有效途径。
Objective To study the effect of the management system of tertiary responsibility nursing care in ICU. Methods There were the control group and the management system of tertiary responsibility nursing group according to nursing model,compared the rate of adverse events,coexist,complication,and investigated psychological state and satisfaction degree of patients when they were transferred out of ICU. Results To compare with the control group, in the management system of tertiary responsibility nursing group, the rate of adverse events,coexist and complication were decreased, Depression Status Inventory and Self-Rating Depression Scale of patients were decreased, and the satisfaction degree of patients was added. Conclusion The management system of tertiary responsibility nursing care was the better way to improve and guarantee the nursing quality.
