摘要
目的:总结单株毛囊移植眉毛技术配合及围手术期护理的经验。对象:因烧伤、外伤、手术切除、眉毛修饰不当等原因造成的眉毛缺损患者。结果:植入毛发生长良好,方向形态满意,成活率在90%以上。结论:多学科的理论知识、精确的操作技能和高素质的护理配合,是完成此项手术治疗的重要保证。再造眉的护理术后指导,增加手术成功率,患者多方面满意。
Objective To summary the cooperation and perioperative nursing experience of the transplantation of hair with intact follicle on defect eyebrow reconstruction.Objects Patients with defect eyebrow due to burn, trauma, surgical resection, inappropriate eyebrow trim and so on.Results The hairs transplanted grew well. Patients were satisfied with the direction and appearance of eyebrow transplanted. The survival rate of hair was more than 90%. Conclusion The integration of multi-disciplinary knowledge, specialized technology and high quality nursing skill is very important for this operation. The nursing instruction for eyebrow transplanted could promote the success rate and improve the satisfaction of the patients.
