摘要
目的:探讨皮肤外科全麻患儿手术的护理方法,对患儿手术进行全程护理,并对家长进行健康宣教,以提高手术成功率。方法:我院对40例手术全麻患儿进行了护理。首先对患儿进行术前风险的评估,加强患儿家长的术前宣教。护士充分做好术前准备,术中积极配合医生手术,密切观察患儿的术中情况,手术完毕后做好伤口保护及患儿安全护理。结果:通过对全麻患儿手术的全程护理,减轻了患儿对手术的恐惧心理,患儿由被动到能主动积极的配合手术,使手术顺利进行。结论:做好皮肤外科全麻手术患儿的护理,能有效地提高患儿的依从性和缩短手术时间,从而提高手术的成功率。
Objective To explore the appropriate perioperative nursing approaches for children patients receiving dermatologic surgery with general anesthetics, so as to improve the success rate of surgery. Methods The perioperative nursing approaches for 40 children patients with skin diseases undergoing dermatologic surgery with general anesthetics in institute of Dermatology were investigated. The preoperative risk factors of each surgery were assessed. Also, high quality medical education was delivered to each child patient and his/her parents. Nurses fully accomplished the preoperative preparation, actively cooperated with the surgeonS, paid close atten- tion to children during the surgery process, properly managed the surgical wounds with protection agents after operations. Results The full and complete nursing care for the children patients undergoing dermatologic surgery with general anesthetics, was able to re- duce the fear of psychological tension, led to active cooperation instead of passive fear of the patients caused by the surgery, and eventually, ensured the operation carried out smoothly. Conclusion High quality and professional nursing care provided for the chil- dren patients receiving dermatologic surgery with general anesthetics, can effectively improve the medical compliance and shorten the operation time, thereby improving the success rate of surgery
