摘要
目的:比较两种不同排班模式优质护理服务的知晓率及满意度,对比探讨患者、护士对优质护理的认识。方法:以呼吸内科、五官科优质护理服务示范病房为试点,实施扁平化固化式排班,调查患者对优质护理模式满意度,护士对排班的认可度,护理质量取得的效果。结果:在病房管理中减少了交班次数及时间,患者对优质护理认知度有所提高,护理质量得到提高。结论:扁平固化式排班更能合理利用人力配备资源,满足创优级护理服务的要求及患者的需求,是一种可以在优质护理服务模式下推广的排班模式。
Abstract Objective Compare two different scheduling mode awareness of quality care and satisfaction. Comparative Study of the understanding of the patient nurse for quality care. Methods Respiratory Medicine, ENT quality care demonstration unit as a pilot, Implementation of the flat curing scheduling, Survey patient satisfaction, quality care model, the effect of nurse recognition of scheduling, quality of care. Results Reducing the shift frequency and timing of ward management of patients improved awareness of quality care, enhance satisfaction, improved quality of care. Conclusion flat curing scheduling more reasonable use of staffing resources to meet the requirements of the excellence level care services and the patient＇s needs, is a way to promote quality care service mode scheduling model.
