红花注射液对冠心病患者冠状动脉血流的影响观察

摘要 目的探讨红花注射液对冠心病患者冠状动脉血流的影响。方法选取2011年6月至2012年4月于本院进行治疗的54例冠心病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规治疗组)和观察组(常规治疗加用红花注射液组)每组各27例,后将两组患者治疗前和治疗后7d、14d的DPV、SPV、DTVI及CFR水平进行比较。结果观察组治疗后7d、14d的DPV、SPV、DTVI及CFR水平均高于对照组,且治疗后14d均高于治疗后7d,P均<0.05,有显著性差异。结论红花注射液对冠心病患者冠状动脉血流的影响较为明显,可显著改善其血供状态。
