摘要
目的:观察天然镰形棘豆防晒霜治疗多形性日光疹的疗效。方法:将60例多形性日光疹患者随机分为治疗组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),治疗组外搽镰形棘豆防晒霜,对照组皮损部位外擦糠酸莫米松乳膏,两组均口服地氯雷他定、维生素C,疗程共15天,并比较两组疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为80.00%和83.33%,组间差异无显著性差异(P>0.05),且治疗组长期使用无皮质类固醇激素乳膏副作用。结论:镰形棘豆霜是治疗多形性日光疹无毒、有效的天然制剂,适合推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of oxytropis falcate sunscreen for polymorphic light eruption. Methods A total of 60 patients with polymorphic light eruption were randomly assigned to treatment group （n=30） and control group （n=30）. Patients in treatment group were administered with oxytropis falcate sunscreen combining with desloratadine tablets and vitamin C tablets, while patients in control group were administered with momestasone furoate combining with desloratadine tablets and vitamin C tablets.The course of treatment was 15 days.The rates of efficacy and adverse reactions in two groups were compared. Results The rates of efficacy in treatment group and control group were 80.00% and 83.33%.There was no significant difference between two groups（P〉0.05）.And adverse reactions of steroid hormones were not found in treatment group. Conclusion Oxytropis falcate sunscreen is effective and safe for patients with polymorphic light eruption and thus is worthy of wide application.
