中晚期鼻咽癌同步放化疗的近期疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的观察同步放化疗治疗中晚期鼻咽癌的近期疗效。方法将112例初治中晚期鼻咽癌患者随机分为同步放化组及单放组,2组采用相同的放疗方案,同步放化组加顺铂、5-Fu、Pingyangmycin化疗4个周期。结果治疗结束时及结束后3个月,同步放化组患者的原发灶及颈部的肿瘤完全消退率均比单纯放射治疗组高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同步放化疗治疗晚期鼻咽癌患者,可明显提高原发病灶及颈部淋巴结转移病灶的消退率,提高晚期鼻咽癌患者的总生存率。
