摘要
目的观察血液透析导管插管出血时使用凝血酶干粉及加入云南白药时中西医不同护理方式的效果及安全性。方法将2008年10月至2012年3月我室静脉留置血液透析导管术后发生的出血的63例患者。按照护理方式分为凝血酶组32例和凝血酶及云南白药联合组31例,凝血酶组在出血创面处喷洒凝血酶冻干粉,联合组使用凝血酶干粉和云南白药干粉共同护理。结果联合用药组护理效果明显(χ2=12.660,P<0.05)。结论两药联合使用止血迅速、起效时间短,操作简单、安全可靠、方便使用,值得推广使用。
Objective To observe the difference nursing influence between thrombin and yunnan baiyao powder with PICC intubation.Methods From October 2008 to March 2012,according to the nursing mode,sixty three maintenance hemodialysis patients with PICC intubation were divided into two groups： thirty two cases in thrombin group and thirty one cases in thrombin and yunnan baiyao powder joint group.Sprinkle thrombin powder to the bleeding wound place,in the second group patients were nursing cared with thrombin and yunnan baiyao powder.Results Their was a statistically significant difference between two group（χ^2=12.660,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Thrombin combined with yunnan baiyao powder in the treatment of PICC intubation on maintenance hemodialysis bleeding is simple,safe,effective.It’s Worth to extending the use.
