摘要
目的探讨胸部肿瘤进行三维适形放射治疗对心脏的影响。方法通过对我院326例患者放疗前后的长期随访,分为常规放疗和三维适形放疗两组,放疗后随访一年后复查心电图,两组心电图进行分析。结果采用三维适形放疗后,患者心电图改变明显少于常规组,心电图异常率低于常规放疗组。结论进行三维适形放疗对患者心电图的影响明显少于常规放疗。
Objective Study of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for chest tumors on the cardiac effects.Methods From 326 cases in our hospital before and after radiotherapy for patients with long-term follow-up,divided into conventional radiotherapy and three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy two groups,after radiotherapy followed a year later by ECG,two groups of ECG analysis.Results Using three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,changes of electrocardiograms in patients with significantly less than conventional group,electrocardiogram abnormality rate was lower than that of the conventional radiotherapy.Conclusions 3D conformal radiotherapy for patients with electrocardiographic effects were significantly less than conventional radiotherapy
