慢性阻塞性肺疾病的健康教育

摘要 目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病的健康教育。方法我院呼吸内科2011年325例COPD患者中选取典型病历20人,男性10人、女人10人,平均年龄78岁,慢支病史均在20年以上。在院期间重点加强健康教育,出院后电话随访。结果本组患者通过积极参与诊治及康复过程,急性发作次数较往年少1-2次,呼吸功能有所改善,病情无明显进展,提高了生活质量,增强了治疗信心。结论加强患者自身的健康教育,对延缓患者肺功能减退及提高患者生活质量尤为重要。
