ESD在消化道黏膜下肿瘤治疗中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 目的研究ESD在消化道黏膜下肿瘤治疗中的应用。方法选自2010年3月至2012年2月,60例均为在我院消化内科住院的患者,据其临床表现及经超声胃镜检查结果确诊为SMT,并对这些行ESD治疗的SMT病例进行3个月、6个月、24个月的回顾性分析。结果除8例因种种原因而无法随访,其他术后成功随访的52例患者中(随访率为86.67%)有49例随访患者半年内切面愈合率81.67%,两年内切面愈合率达100%,另外3例经组织病理学检查发现有癌细胞的存在,而采取其他手术方式治疗(胃大切)。结论采用内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)是一项简单有效、方便快速、费用低、损伤小、安全可靠的治疗手段,值得临床推广。
