采用锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察探讨采用锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2006年1月至2011年3月我院骨科收治的采用T型钢板和锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的54例患者的临床资料,观察比较两组不同手术方式患者住院天数、骨折愈合时间、手术时间、骨折延迟愈合及肩关节功能Neer评分。结果采用锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折患者的平均住院时间、骨折愈合时间、骨折延迟愈合发生率及Neer评分低于T型钢板组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折临床疗效确切,宜在临床推广使用。
