摘要
通过对各种类型图书馆及其特点的介绍,揭示辛亥革命时期我国近代图书馆体系已经建立;以《京师图书馆及各省图书馆通行章程》、《通俗图书馆规程》和《图书馆规程》为例,说明各类图书馆规程的颁布成为我国近代图书馆立法的开端。最后,对这一时期开始萌芽的图书馆学研究进行详细的阐述。
Through the introduction of various types and characteristics of libraries, this paper reveals that a system of modern libraries has been created in China during the Period of 1911 Revolution. Taking Capital city library and each province library general rule, Popular library rule and Library rule for example, this paper shows that the promulgation of various types of libraries rule becomes the beginning of modern li-brary legislation of China. The paper also makes detailed description on the library science which is just started in this period.
