摘要
目的探讨功能性鼻内镜手术(FESS)中处理病变鼻甲的临床意义。方法 2010年1月～2011年12月本院收治的60例慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者FESS中,对病变鼻甲进行适当处理,观察治疗效果和术后鼻腔粘连情况。结果术后6个月中,鼻甲形态恢复正常50例,发生粘连10例,其中,6例经门诊鼻腔清理解除,术腔闭塞4例。结论在FESS中,适当处理病变鼻甲,对提高临床疗效有着重要作用。
Objective To discuss the clinical significance on lesions of middle turbinate in functional endoscopic sinus surgery（FESS）.Methods Sixty patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps received and cured in our hospital from January 2010 to November 2011 were selected,who were given functional endoscopic sinus surgery（FESS） to treat their lesions of middle turbinate,their curative effect and adhesion of nasal cavity after operation were observed.Results Fifty patients returned to normal middle turbinate after operation of 6 months.10 patients were adhesion of nasal cavity,6 pa tients＇ adhesion of nasal cavity were cleared up by outpatient service,4 patients＇ adhesion of nasal cavity were nasal atre sia.Conclusion Proper treatment for lesion of lesions of middle turbinate during FESS,playing an important role to improve the clinical efficacy.
