摘要
目的探讨临床药师对抗菌药物会诊,为临床药师会诊发展提供经验。方法对本院2011年127份临床药师对抗菌药物会诊记录进行总结、分析。结果肺部感染是临床药师被邀会诊的常见原因,帮助选择抗菌药物是主要目的 ,被邀会诊时间多在细菌培养及药敏试验后,会诊意见被采纳53例(41.7%),28.3%的会诊意见存在一些问题。结论临床药师会诊是新事物,对于药师具有挑战性,临床药师应该在会诊中学习知识和积累经验。
Objective To investigate the antimicrobial drugs consultation of clinical pharmacist,and to provide experience for the development of clinical pharmacist consultation.Methods One hundred and twenty-seven consultation records of antimicrobial drugs of clinical pharmacist were summarized and analyzed in our hospital in 2011.Results The common cause of clinical pharmacists invited to the consultation was pulmonary infection.The main purpose was to assist in the se lection of antimicrobial drugs.The invited consultation time was more after the bacteria cultures and antibiotic sensitivity tests.The consultation opinions adopted were 53 cases,with the rate of 41.7%,28.3% of the consultation opinions insisted some problems.Conclusion The clinical pharmacist consultation is something new,with challenging for pharmacists,clinical pharmacists should learn knowledge and accumulate experience in consultation.
