摘要
目的探讨通过开展优质护理服务,优化门诊输液室工作流程、防范医疗纠纷的效果。方法分析本院近3年门诊输液室6起医疗纠纷。然后开展优质护理服务,优化门诊输液室服务流程,加强医疗管理质量。结果优质护理服务实施1年后,医疗纠纷明显减少,患者满意度提高。结论开展优质护理服务优化工作流程后,输液室工作程序合理顺畅,护患沟通融洽,健康教育提升护理服务内涵,对医院的发展起到了推动作用。
Objective To discuss the effect of optimizing work flow of outpatient transfusion room and preventing medical disputes through carrying out high quality nursing service.Methods Six cases of medical disputes of outpatient transfusion room during recent 3 years in our hospital were analyzed.Then the high quality nursing service was developed,the service process of outpatient transfusion room was optimized and the medical quality management was strengthened.Results The medical disputes decreased and the patients' satisfaction increased at the same time after the implementation of the measures in one year.Conclusion The working procedure of transfusion room became reasonably after development of high quality nursing service optimization workflow.The nurse-patient communication becomes harmonious and the health edu cation is helpful to improve nursing service connotation.All measures above promote the development of the hospital.
