摘要
目的观察临床护理路径在重度脑损伤患儿中的应用,提高护理质量,减少脑损伤后遗症的发生。方法总结并分析36例重度脑损伤患儿临床护理路径图和早期护理干预健康教育资料。结果除因转院和放弃治疗的2例外,其余34例重度脑损伤患儿的病情发展均在护理路径范围得到迅速控制,康复效果良好。结论临床护理路径的实施规范了护理服务的流程,提高了重度脑损伤患儿的护理质量和护理技术,促进了重度脑损伤患儿神经系统的康复。
Objective To summarize application of clinical nursing pathway in children with severe brain damage,and to improve the nursing quality,reduce the occurrence of the legacy of brain damage.Methods A total of 36 cases of children with severe brain injury were involved in this study,and their clinical data of nursing pathway chart and health education were collected and analyzed.Results Of the thirty-six cases of children with severe brain damage,34 cases were controlled well by clinical nursing pathway and got better,2 cases were referralled and abandoned the treatment.Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway standardize the nursing pathway charts of children with severe brain injury,improve their nursing quality and technology and promote their recovery in severe brain damage of the nervous system.
