摘要
目的探讨特殊的护理干预在急诊抢救中的应用效果。方法对2012年1～6月本院急救中心收治的200例患者进行研究,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组护理的基础上采用特殊的护理干预,比较两组发生的护理不良事件数、患者投诉次数、患者满意度及护理质量。结果观察组护理不良事件数为1次,无患者投诉,患者满意度为98%;对照组护理不良事件数为4次,患者投诉2次,患者满意度为86%;两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论特殊的护理干预可减少护理不良事件及患者投诉次数,提高患者满意度,确保急诊护理质量及安全。
Objective To investigate the effects of the special nursing interventions in emergency rescue.Methods Two hundred cases of patients were admitted to hospital emergency center from January to June 2012,and were randomly divid ed into observation group and control group of the 100 patients in each group,the control group were given routine care,the observation group were given special nursing interventions on the basis of routine care,the number of adverse events occurred,the number of complaints of patients,patient satisfaction and quality of care were compared between the two groups.Results The number of adverse event for the observation group was one,no patient complaints,patient satisfaction was 98%;the number of adverse events of control group were 4,patients with complaints were 2,patient satisfaction was 86%;there were statistically significant differences between the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion Special nursing intervention can reduce care adverse events and the number of complaints of patients,improve patient satisfaction,and ensure the quality and safety of emergency care.
