摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗风湿性关节炎的临床效果。方法治疗组67例采用中西医结合治疗,对照组67例采用西医治疗,比较两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为91.04%,对照组总有效率为70.15%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗风湿性关节炎安全、有效。
Objective To observe the effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Sixty seven patients in treatment group were given integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,while 67 patients in control group were given western medical treatment.Curative effects of two groups were compared.Results 91.04% patients of the treatment group were proved to be effective;71.05% patients of the control group were proved to be effective.Significant differences were showed in the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is effective and safe.
