摘要
目的调查分析联合使用异丙酚与瑞芬太尼进行喉罩麻醉的效果。方法将2010年6月～2011年8月来本院进行手术的患者124例随机平均分为两组,联合组使用靶控输注异丙酚与瑞芬太尼联合进行喉罩麻醉,对照组单一输注异丙酚进行喉罩麻醉。通过相关参数比较两组麻醉效果。结果异丙酚与瑞芬太尼联合进行喉罩麻醉效果在血流动力学稳定性、麻醉所用时间、术后清醒时间、减少丙泊酚的用量和并发症方面与单纯运用丙泊酚相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论异丙酚与瑞芬太尼联合进行喉罩麻醉效果较好,血流动力学变化较小,术后恢复迅速,异丙酚用量少,副作用小,可在喉罩麻醉中给予推广。
Objectve To investigate and analyze the effect of laryngeal mask anesthesia by using propofol combined with remifentanil.Methods One hundred and twenty-four cases of patients treated surgery in the hospital from June 2010 to August 2011 were randomly divided into two average groups,the integrative group were operated the laryngeal mask anes thesia through the combination of propofol and remifentanil by target-controlled infusion,while,the matched group were operated the laryngeal mask anesthesia by single infusion of propofol.Then,the anesthetic effects of these two groups based on relevant parameters were compared.Results The effect of laryngeal mask anesthesia by using propofol combined with remifentanil was better than the single use of propofol,in terms of time of awakening after haemodynamics stability,anesthesia recovery,the reduction of propofol dosage and complication,there was statistically significant difference between two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion The laryngeal mask anesthesia by using propofol combined with remifentanil has good effect,with has little changes in haemodynamics,swift recovery from postoperation,small propofol dosage and little side effects,which can be widely applied in laryngeal mask anesthesia.
