摘要
目的探讨血管化与非血管化髂骨移植治疗下颌骨缺损的临床效果。方法观察组选择47例使用血管化髂骨移植患者与对照组48例使用非血管化髂骨移植患者进行比较,观察术后并发症发生情况以及临床恢复情况。结果观察组发生骨坏死和感染的比率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组一期愈合率为95.7%,显著高于对照组的64.6%(P<0.05)。结论血管化髂骨移植治疗下颌骨缺损因并发症少及伤口愈合好,值得在临床推广。
Objective To investigate the value of vascularized and non vascularized iliac bone graft for the mandibular traumatic defects.Methods Forty-seven cases used vascularized iliac bone graft and 48 cases used non vascularized iliac bone transplantation,compared them with treatment of complications and clinical healing.Results The occurrence of bone necrosis and infection rate of observation group were significantly lower than control group（P 0.05）,the observation group healing rate was 95.7%,it was significantly higher than control group of 64.6%（P 0.05）.Conclusion Vascularized iliac bone graft for the treatment of fractures of the mandible can better promote the patients with mandibular wound healing,reduce complications,so it can be considered for clinical promotion.
