摘要
目的探索嗜酸细胞性膀胱炎的诊断与治疗效果。方法对17例嗜酸细胞性膀胱炎患者经尿道膀胱电灼、电切、部分切除、膀胱药物灌注、抗组胺药物、抗感染等治疗。结果 17例随访6～80个月,平均57个月,治愈15例,好转2例,系在7～13个月内复发,无恶性变病例。结论经尿道膀胱电灼、电切、部分切除、膀胱药物灌注、抗感染等治疗,是治疗嗜酸细胞性膀胱炎的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and therapeutic effect of eosinophilic cystitis.Methods Seventeen cases with eosinophilic cystitis were given transurethral electric cauterization,electric resection,partial resection,bladder instilla tion of drug,antihistamine drugs,anti-infection and other treatment.Results Seventeen cases were followed up for 6-80 months,57 months on average.There were 15 cases of cured,2 cases of improved,with recurrence within 7-13 months,and no cases with malignant lesions.Conclusion They are effective ways to treat eosinophilic cystitis with transurethral electric cauterization,electric resection,partial resection,bladder instillation of drug,anti-infection and other treatment.
