摘要
目的探讨腹部手术后胃瘫的发病机制、诊断和治疗。方法对33例腹部手术后胃瘫综合征患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 31例病例经营养支持、药物治疗痊愈,2例好转。结论胃肠手术后胃瘫是由综合因素所致,采取非手术疗法基本可治愈,营养支持是治疗的关键。
Objective To investigate the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of gastroplegia after abdominal operation.Methods The clinical data of 33 patients who had gastroparesis syndrome after abdominal operation were analyzed respec tively.Results After nutritional support and drug treatments 31 cases were healed.2 cases were alleviated.Conclusion Gastroplegia is arose from integrated factors after gastrointestinal surgical procedures.Patients taken non-operation treat ment can be healed and the key of treatment is nutritional support.
