摘要
本文采用线性组合算符法导出了极性晶体中强耦合表面磁极化子的振动频率、有效哈密顿量和诱生势。讨论了电子自旋对强耦合表面磁极化子性质的影响。
The vibrational frequency,the effectiv e Hamiltonian and the induced potential of a strong coupling surface magnetopola rons in a polar crytal were derived by using the linear combination operator met hod.The influence of electron spin on the properties of the strong coupling surf ace magnetopolaron was discussed. -
