摘要
测量齿轮时机构的动态特性可能使动态响应影响测量结果,为解决该问题,分析了该系统的数学模型,测试了不同速度条件下的测量结果,并进行快速傅里叶(FFT)分析,给出了阻尼、固有频率以及测量速度与系统响应之间的关系.该分析一方面可针对测量机构选用合适的测量速度,另一方面可指导动态测量机构的设计选型.
To avoid the influence of the measuring accuracy, according to the data acquisition direction, based on the mathematical model, fast Fourier transform (FFT) analyze of measuring results was made. In order to support the design of the measuring system and to choose proper measuring conditions, the influence of the inherited frequency, measuring speed and damp to the inspection results were mentioned.
