摘要
劳动纠纷的合法、合理解决，有利于社会稳定，也有利于社会经济的发展。依据诉讼法及劳动法律法规，本文对我国现实生活中存在的几类常见劳动纠纷及其司法处理进行了分析。
Lawful and reasonable resolving of labor disputes is conducive to social stability and social economic development. This paper analyzes some common labor disputes and their judicial processing in Chinese daily life.
