摘要
对不同拉枝角度富士苹果叶片营养物质和果实品质之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明:随着拉枝角度的增大,富士苹果果实单果重、果形指数、总糖和Vc含量增加,酸含量降低。叶片中氮含量随着拉枝角度的增大而减小,且各处理间差异显著;拉枝角度110°~120°时,叶片磷含量最高。对果树叶片营养物质含量与果实品质各指标进行相关及回归分析结果表明,果树枝条经不同拉枝角度处理后叶片氮营养含量与果实单果重、果形指数、可溶性总糖、Vc含量呈负相关系,与果实硬度和有机酸含量呈正相关系;叶片磷营养含量与单果重、果形指数、可溶性总糖量、Vc含量呈正相关系,而与果实硬度、有机酸含量呈负相关系;叶片钾营养含量与单果重、果形指数、可溶性总糖、Vc含量呈正相关系,与果实硬度、有机酸含量呈负相关系。
The relationship between the different branch angle leaf nutrients content and the fruit quality were studied in this paper. The results showed that fruit weight, the shape index, total sugar content and Vc content increased, whereas the total acid decreased with branch angle increasing. Leaf nitrogen content decreased with branch angle increasing, and difference was significant, and the branch angle of 110 ° -120 ° with the highest leaf P content. The correlation and regression analysis of leaf nutrient content and fruit quality showed that leaf nitrogen content was highly negative correlated with fruit shape index, total soluble sugar, Vc content, and highly positively correlated with fruit firmness and organic acids.. The leaf phosphorus content was significant positively correlated with fruit weight, fruit shape index, total soluble sugar content, Vc content, negatively correlated with fruit firmness, and high negatively correlated with organic acid content. The leaves potassium content was high positively correlated with fruit shape index, total soluble sugar, Vc content, and was high negatively correlated with fruit firmness and organic acid content.
