摘要
利用DEA方法对1978-2010年无灾害投入和灾害投入的中国农业技术效率进行了实证分析,认为:自然灾害变量的引入直接影响到农业技术效率,导致农业平均技术效率下降、有效单元数及农业规模收益递增的年份增多;尽管自然灾害对农业生产的影响趋于下降以及影响农业技术效率变动的动因趋于分散,但是自然灾害仍是30多年来我国农业技术效率不高的主要动因。
In this paper, the DEA method is used to conduct an empirical analysis on chinese agricultur- al technology efficiency in such two conditions as considering non-disasters input and disaster inputent in 1978 -2010. We found: firstly natural disaster variable introduce has a direct impact on the agricultural technology efficiency, resulting in the decline of the average of agricultural technology efficiency, the in- crease of the effective numbers and the years of agriculture increasing returns to scale. Secondly, although the impact of natural disasters on agricultural production tends to go down and changes affecting the agri- cultural technology efficiency tend to disperse, natural disasters are still major drivers resulting in the inefficieney of agricultural technology in more than 30 years.
