摘要
科技创新已经成为我国经济结构升级转型的主要推动力,而培育众多充满活力的科技企业孵化器则是提升我国创新能力的基础性一环。目前,我国科技企业孵化器存在一些影响其运行效果的弊端,应积极借鉴国外的成功经验,引导孵化器实现市场化运作,重视风险资金的引入,加强对在孵企业的培训以及建立网络信息与咨询系统,以促进我国科技企业孵化器的健康发展。
Scientific and technical innovation has become the main driving force for upgrade and transformation of China＇s economic structure, while cultivating numerous dynamic high - tech business incubators is the basic link in promoting China＇s innovation ability. At present, some malpractices, which affect their operational effect, do exist in China＇s high -teeh business incubators. Countermeasures are proposed as follows： to learn from foreign success- ful experience for reference; to guide incubators to realize their market operation; to pay much attention to the in- troduction of risk capital; to strengthen the training of incubating enterprises and establish the network information system and consulting system, so as to promote the sound development of China＇s high -tech business incubators.
