摘要
本文通过分析高职医学院校教师专业素质的构成、现状,提出如何提高教师专业素质的途径,并就如何夯实学生专业基础提出了相应的对策。
This article analysis the teachers in higher vocational medical colleges and universities through the construction of professional quality, present situation, it also proposes the ways of improving teachers＇professional quality and putting forward corresponding countermeasures on how to strengthen students＇ professional foundation.
