复方地塞米松涂膜中醋酸地塞米松和盐酸达克罗宁的HPLC法测定 被引量:6

摘要 建立了高效液相色谱法测定复方地塞米松涂膜中的醋酸地塞米松和盐酸达克罗宁。以盐酸丁卡因为内标,采用Diamonsil C18ODS色谱柱,以甲醇-水-三乙胺(70︰30︰0.36,用冰乙酸调至pH 6.2)为流动相,检测波长为240 nm(醋酸地塞米松)和300 nm(盐酸达克罗宁、盐酸丁卡因)。醋酸地塞米松和盐酸达克罗宁分别在7~13 g/ml和280~520 g/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为98.6%和101.3%,RSD为0.90%和0.99%。 An HPLC method was established for the determination of dexamethasone acetate and dyclonine hydrochloride in compound dexamethasone acetate film. Tetracaine hydrochloride was used as the internal standard. A Diamonsil C18 ODS column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water-triethylamine (70 : 30 : 0.36, adjusted to pH 6.2 with glacial acetic acid) at the detection wavelengths of 240 nm (dexamethasone acetate) and 300 nm (dyclonine hydrochloride and tetracaine hydrochloride). The calibration curves for dexamethasone acetate and dyclonine hydrochloride were linear in the concentration ranges of 7 - 13 μg/ml and 280 - 520 μg/ml. Their average recoveries were 98.6% and 101.3%, withRSDs of 0.90% and 0.99%.
