摘要
我国大学生极端行为的产生根源于其认知障碍、不健全的情绪情感和软弱的意志。这类大学生多为偏执人格,具有倾向于攻击性的人格心理防御机制。对大学生极端行为的心理预防可通过开展"知—情—行"教育和生命教育,增强其抗挫折能力以实现心理健康;同时避免"群体极化",完善"大五"模型,构建大学生的健全人格,促进学生间的人际和谐。
The origin of college students' extreme behaviors is from their cognitive barrier, unsound mood and emotion, and weak will. Such students are of paranoid personality, and have the personality and psychological defense mechanisms being apt to attacking others. The "Knowledge-Affection-Action" education and the love of life education are applied in college students' psychological prevention to strengthen their ability against failure and to make them become psychological health. Meanwhile, to avoid "group polarization" and to improve "Large-Five" model are to build college students' sound personality and to promote a harmonious relation among students.
