摘要
广西水管体制改革历经5年,于2008年基本完成了改革任务,取得了丰硕成果。随着形势的发展,新的问题又出现,需要进一步深化改革。通过总结我区水管体制改革成效,分析存在问题,探讨提出了深化水管体制改革的对策和建议。
The reform of Guangxi water administration system was basically completed and scored great success in 2008 after 5 years of hard work. However, new problems arose with development of situation, requiring further re- form. Based on summarization of achievements of Guangxi water administration system reform, the authors analyze the existing problems and discuss the countermeasures and suggestions for further system reform.
