不同品系黄连叶片光强和CO_2响应曲线的研究 被引量:6

Light Intensity and CO_2 Response Curves of Coptis chinensis Leaves from Different Lines

摘要 利用LI-6400XT便携式光合作用测定仪,采用开放式气路分别测定了在不同光照强度和CO2浓度下4品系黄连叶片的净光合速率(Pn),气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)等相关指标。结果表明:4品系黄连叶片的光饱和点在400~700 mol/m2.s之间;光补偿点在3.71~9.31μmol/m2.s之间;表观光量子效率都在0.014 2~0.020 6之间;CO2饱和点在1 000~1 400μmol/mol之间;其中有光叶的光饱和点最低,约为400 mol/m2.s,无光叶的光饱和点最高,约为700 mol/m2.s;当达到光饱和点之后,大花叶的最大净光合速率最低,约为3.24μmol/m2.s,无光叶的最大净光合速率最高,4.60μmol/m2.s;当达到CO2饱和点之后,有光叶的最大净光合速率最大,约为21.14μmol/m2.s;当环境中CO2浓度相对较低(<400μmol/mol)时,小花叶的光合速率最低,而大花叶等的光合速率相对较高。 The net photosynthesis rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci) and transpiration rate(Tr) in Coptis chinensis Franch leaves from four lines under different light intensities and CO2 concentrations were measured respectively by LI-6400 XT portable photosynthesis system with an open flow gas exchange system.The results showed that the light saturation points of these four lines of Coptis chinensis Franch were between 400 and 700 mol/m2·s;the light compensation points were between 3.71 and 9.31 μmol/m2·s;the apparent quantum yields were between 0.014 2 and 0.020 6;the light saturation points were between 1 000 and 1 400 μmol/mol,of which the "Lustrous Leaf" was the lowest by 400 mol/m2·s and the "Lusterless Leaf" was the highest by 700 mol/m2·s.When reached the light saturation point,the maximum Pn of the "Large Fleck" was the lowest by 3.24 μmol/m2·s and that of the "Lusterless Leaf" was the highest by 4.60 μmol/m2·s;when reached the CO2 saturation point,the maximum Pn of the "Lustrous Leaf" was the highest by 21.14 μmol/m2·s;the "Small Fleck" had a relatively lower Pn and the "Large Fleck" had a relatively higher Pn when the CO2 concentration in environment was relatively low(lesser than 400 μmol/mol).
