摘要
目的分析钱伟长在科学史上的主要贡献和教育理念,为物理学史研究提供新视角。方法原始文献整理与分析。结果钱伟长的主要科学成就是:创办、筹建了有关力学研究机构;建立了弹性板壳的内禀理论;研究了弹性圆薄板大挠度问题;解决了求解圆环壳方程的难题;探索了变分原理中拉格朗日乘子法;发展了奇异摄动理论等。结论作为著名的科学家、教育家和社会活动家,钱伟长不仅在自然科学领域中做出过杰出贡献,而且在文学、哲学、历史学等方面也有颇多建树。从他的爱国观、人才观、创新观、教学观、科研观和体育观等教育理念中可以看出,他对中国当代教育的现状和问题有着独到而深刻的见解。
Aim To analyze Qian Wei-chang's main contribution in the history of science and education ideas, provide new clues for the history of physics research. Methods Analysis of the original journal and research. Re- suits Qian Wei-chang's main scientific achievements include: established the mechanical research institutions;es- tablished the intrinsic theory of elastic plates and shells; studied the problem on large deflection of elastic circular thin plate ; solved the problem of solving circle shell equation ; explored the variational principle Lagrange multiplier method ; developed the singular perturbation theory and so on. Conclusion As a famous scientist, educator and so- cial activist, Qian Wei-chang not only has made outstanding contributions in the natural sciences, but also has quite a lot of achievements in literature, philosophy, history and other aspects. From the education aspects of his patriotism, talent and innovation, teaching, scientific research, sports, etc it can be seen that he has offered a u- nique and profound insights to our country's status quo and problems of contemporary education.
