摘要
目的使典型的资源枯竭型城市摆脱"资源富城兴、资源竭城衰"的格局。方法运用实地调研,查阅文献,数据分析等方法对铜川市进行现状分析。结果通过分析可知,铜川市现在处于资源的枯竭期,资源优势地位丧失引发转型及就业危机;产业结构单一依赖资源,重工业比重过大;所有制结构单一;生态环境恶化,城市污染严重。结论在产业转型时期应延伸产生链,提高产品附加值,建立以水泥为主导的建材产业集群,壮大培育新兴产业等。
Aim To drive the typical resource-exhausted cities off from the ＂the resource rich, the city prosperous, the resources exhausted, the city bad＂ pattern. Methods By using field research, literature review, data analysis, and other methods to study Tongchuan City. Results Through analysis, Tongchuan has been in resource exhaustion period, the dominance position loss of resources leads to transformation and employment crisis;industrial structure relies solely on resources, heavy industry takes too much percentage; single ownership structure is obvious; deterio- ration of the ecological environment and urban pollution is serious. Conclusion Based on the characteristic of Tongchuan City in terms of the industry structure and industry transformation, especially according to the actual sit- uation, measures and suggestions are put forward on industrial transformation.
