参苓白术散加减治疗脾虚血燥型特应性皮炎43例 被引量：7

摘要 特应性皮炎（atopic dermatitis,AD）是一种慢性、复发性、瘙痒性、炎症性皮肤病,严重影响患者及其家庭成员生活质量。2009-06—2011-05,笔者采用参苓白术散加减治疗脾虚血燥型AD 43例,并与西医治疗41例对照观察,结果如下。1资料与方法1.1病例选择1.1.1西医诊断依据2008年中华医学会皮肤性病学分会免疫学组推荐的Williams诊断标准,必须具有皮肤瘙痒症状，另加以下5条中的3条或3条以上：①屈侧皮肤受累，包括肘窝、胭窝、踝前、颈部（10岁以下儿童包括颊部）；
