摘要
目的观察真武汤合柴胡疏肝散治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法将82例肠易激综合征患者随机分为2组,治疗组52例用真武汤合柴胡疏肝散治疗;对照组采用口服易蒙停、黛力新治疗。2组均治疗3周后统计临床疗效及症状积分。结果治疗组总有效率82.69%,对照组总有效率56.67%,2组比较差异有统计学有意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;2组治疗后症状总积分与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),2组治疗后症状总积分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组低于对照组。结论真武汤合柴胡疏肝散治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效可靠。
Objective To observe the effect of diarrhea - predominant irritable bowel syndrome treated by Zhenwu decoction combined with Chaihu Shugan powder. Methods 82 patients with irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. 52 patients in treatment group were treated by Zhenwu decoction combined with Chaihu Shugan powder. Patients in control group were treated by oral loperamide and Deanxit. The clinical effect and score of symptoms were recorded after three weeks. Results The total effective rate was 82.69% and 56.67% in treatment and control group. There was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was obvious differ- ence between before and after treatment on the total score of symptoms in two groups（ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was obvious difference between two groups on the total score of symptoms after treatment（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The score in treatment group was lower than that in control group. Conclusion Zhenwu decoction combined with Chaihu Shugan powder has relia- ble efficacy ,better clinical value on diarrhea- predominant irritable bowel syndrome.
