摘要
本试验研究了免耕稻草覆盖下对冬马铃薯土壤微生物动态变化的影响,结果表明:与传统耕作方式比较,在马铃薯的生育期内,免耕稻草覆盖可使三大类土壤微生物的数量都有不同程度地增加。在微生物组成方面,传统和免耕都是细菌和放线菌数量较多,真菌数较少。
This paper makes a research on the influence of no-tillage straw covering on the dynamic changes of the soil microbe for winter-planting potato. The result shows that, compared with the traditional farming ways, during the growing period of potato, no-tillage straw covering can increase the quantities of three kinds of soil microbes in different degrees . In the aspect of microbe composition, the quantities of germ and actinomycetes are greater in both traditional farming and no-tillage, and the quantity of fungus is less.
