局部晚期子宫颈癌新辅助化疗的临床意义

摘要 目的探讨宫颈癌新辅助化疗的疗效、影响疗效的相关因素及化疗后手术成功率。方法选择Ih2-IIb期宫颈癌患者54例行新辅助化疗，分析化疗后的近期疗效、影响疗效的有关因素和手术成功率。结果新辅助化疗的近期有效率为92．6％；与疗效有关的因素为临床分期和病理类型；新辅助化疗后50例患者可以手术，术后病理降级的有17例，术后淋巴结阳性者7例，随访中1例患者术后1年内死亡，5例复发，其余患者均健在。结论局部晚期宫颈癌新辅助化疗效果好，新辅助化疗能提高手术成功率。
