摘要
目的对比分析商环包皮环切术与包皮环扎术的疗效及手术并发症。方法对227例包皮患者行商环包皮环切术，另对201例患者行包皮环扎术治疗。比较两组患者的手术时间、失血量、术中疼痛评分、术后24h疼痛评分和术后去环时疼痛评分等。结果商环包皮环切术组和包皮环扎术组手术时间分别为（4．90±1．50）min、（7．60±1．60）min；出血量分别为（0．98±1．14）ml、（1．01±1．20）ml；手术时疼痛评分分别为（0．25±0．54）、（0．26±0．57）；术后24h疼痛评分分别为（1．63±0．87）、（1．70±0．92）；去环（脱环）时疼痛评分分别为（2．59±1．42）、（4．25±1．86）。其中，手术时间和去环（脱环）时疼痛评分有统计学意义（P〈0．05），其余三项均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论商环包皮环切术是对传统包皮环扎术的简化和改进，具有手术时间短、去环疼痛轻、并发症少、患者易于接受等优点。
Objective To compare the efficacy and complications of the Shang Ring circumcision with the plasti- bell circumcision. Methods A total of 428 patients were randomly assigned to receive the Shang Ring circumcision （n = 227 ）and plastibell circumcision（ n = 201 ）. Comparisons were made between the two groups in the surgical dura- tion, blood loss, pain score during the surgery,pain score 24h after surgery and pain score during remove the ring. Re- sults The surgical duration, blood loss, pain score during the surgery, pain score 24h after surgery and pain score during remove the ring were （4.9 ±1.5）min,（0.98 ±1.14）ml, （0.25 ±0.54） ,（1.63 ±0.87） ,（2.59 ±1.42）, respectively and in the Shang Ring group were （7.6 -± 1.6 ） min, （ 1.01 ± 1.20 ） ml, （ 0.26 ± 0.57 ）, （ 1.70± 0. 92）, （4.25± 1.86） compared with the plastibe11 circumcision group, with statistically significant differences in the first and last parameters （ P 〈 0.05 ） , but not in the rest parameters （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Compared with the plas- tibell circumcision,the Shang Ring circumcision has the advantages of shorter operation time, less blood loss, mild pain, fewer complications, and higher satisfaction and acceptance of the patients.
