摘要
目的探索登阶运动在改善肥胖男大学生身心健康方面的作用,为肥胖男大学生改善身心健康状况提供参考。方法随机抽取南通大学单纯性肥胖男大学生60名,分为实验组和对照组。实验组进行登阶运动锻炼;对照组只进行日常体力活动,不参加任何体育锻炼。结果 16周后实验组在体格发育、生理功能、运动能力和心理健康方面的测试结果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论登阶运动对改善肥胖男大学生的体格发育、生理功能、运动能力和心理健康水平效果非常显著。
Objective To explore role in improving obesity male college students' physical and psychological health for obesity male college students to provide reference to improve the health of body and mind.Methods Sixty simple obesity male college students were randomly chosen from Nantong university,and divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group took climbing stairs exercise,the control group only took daily physical activity.Results After 16 weeks,the experimental group were better than control group in the body shape and physical function,the sports ability and psychological health test results,with statistical significant differences(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion Climbing stairs has very significant effect in improving the obesity male college students' body morphology and physiological function,the sports ability and psychological health.
