摘要
冰雪运动一直是北方冬季的特色项目,深受人们的喜爱。本文以沈阳体育学院为研究对象,对当前冰上课的教学现状进行调查,通过分析发现当前冰上课教学存在的一些问题,如项目的单一化、教学内容陈旧化、冰期时间短导致教学效果不理想等,影响了冰上课的可持续发展。本文主要就这些问题提出一些合理化建议,希望为体育学院冰上课的可持续发展提供一些借鉴。
Winter sports, deeply favored by people, is always characteristic event in winters of the north. Taking Shenyang Sport University as the research object, this paper makes an investigation on the status of skating teaching, and discovers some problems, single project, stereotype teaching content, and short time of glaciations, which affect the sustainable development of skating teaching. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions, hoping to provide some references for the sustainable development of skating teaching in sports college.
