主要介绍了当前在电信计费帐务系统中比较流行的三层客户机／服务器（Ｃ／Ｓ）结构应用开发模型，以及三层Ｃ／Ｓ结构模型在武汉电信计费系统中的实现。
It mainly introduces three layer C/S architecture application development model, which is popular in telecom billing system currently, and its implementation in Wuhan Telecom billing system.
