BT recently announced its reorganization plan that it would be reorganized into 4 divisions: Ignite, BTopenworld, BT Wireless and Yell. BT' s reorganization was attributed to various factors, such as technical progress, market structural change, user demands as well as managerial functions and financing capabilities. As a rational restructuring process, this reorganization was based on service provisioning, breaking away with re-gional constraints. This paper analyses BT's reorganization plan.
