摘要
在虚拟社区的研究中,有必要应用网络调查方法。实例表明,通过多种技术手段,能够对虚拟社区用户进行概率抽样、受限登记、封闭及非重复访问的网络问卷调查。探讨了网络调查中涉及的抽样问题、反馈率问题、激励问题和适用性问题。
It is necessary to use cyber survey in virtual community research. Examples show that by using some technological ways, it is possible to conduct such questionnaire surveys as probability sampling, limited registering, blocking and non-repetitive logging to users in virtual community. The problems of sampling, feedback rate, encouragement, and applicability related to cyber survey can al- so be handled properly.
