摘要
在人事代理制背景下,高校人事档案工作要转变观念,与时俱进,从思想意识上适应人事代理制;要健全档案代理管理制度,保障档案工作有序进行;要强化档案社会服务功能,增强档案生命力。
Under the background of personnel agency, archives management in universities should transform its concepts, keep with the time, and adapt to personnel agency system ideologically. Therefore, it is necessary to better personnel agency system, guarantee the orderly implementation of archives work, strengthen the service function of archives, and enhance the vitality of archives.
