摘要
分析了生物质气化炉副产焦油的特性,通过与焦油炉外净化技术的对比分析,得出了生物质气化炉内焦油催化裂解是焦油净化技术的发展方向,且炉内温度、停留时间和气化剂成分是炉内焦油催化裂解反应的主要影响因素。同时,提出了流化床生物质气化炉型更适合采用炉内裂解净化技术,讨论了生物质气化与焦油的裂解复合为一体的气化炉及其特性,分析了流化床气化炉内设置焦油裂解室的技术方案的特点。该方法具有裂解转化效率优和催化剂利用率高等优点。
Analysis of characteristics of the tar in biomass gasifier. Purification technology compared with the furnace, tar lysis purification technology in biomass gasifier is development direction of tar purification technology. Furnace tempera- ture, residence time and gasifying agent composition are the main factors tar cracking reaction in furnace. Fluidized bed bi- omass gasifier is appropriate of furnace cracking purification technology. Discussed that biomass gasification and tar crack- ing reaction together combined in a furnace. Analysis of the characteristics to set the tar cracking chamber within the fluid- ized bed gasifier, this method has the advantages of high conversion efficiency of cleavage and high catalyst utilization.
