摘要 针对我国棉秆产量大、有效利用率低和棉秆粉碎后可作为食用菌培养基优质原料的特性,在分析粉碎技术原理的基础上,设计了一种双室棉秆粉碎机。该机通过揉搓破碎室内刀片的高速剪切磨削和锤片的搓揉磨削作用,将棉秆破碎为短纤维后送入粉碎室内进行锤片粉碎,直到符合粉碎细度要求的棉秆从筛孔排出。该机能够在一次粉碎作业过程中完成棉秆的切碎、揉搓、粉碎等工作,并可通过更换筛网得到不同粉碎细度的棉秆。同时,对棉秆粉碎机的结构和工作原理进行了简述,并对样机的主要性能进行了试验。试验结果:生产率≥0.8t/h(筛网直径8mm),平均吨料电耗77.9kW.h/t,噪声为95~103dB(A)。结果表明,该机生产稳定,吨料电耗低,满足食用菌培养基对棉秆不同粉碎细度要求,是棉秆粉碎的理想机型。 With regards to the ton stalk can be used as edible characteristics of cotton stalk of high output, lower application efficiency and smashed cotton , double crushing chamber are introduced, which based on the crushing principle. By the blade of high-speed shear grinding and hammer the rub of grinding in the knead break room, the cotton stalk will broken into pieces and crush in the crushing chamber, until the cotton stalk corresponds with fineness. The machine could finish the processes of crumbling, kneading, crushing and obtain the different fineness of cotton stalk through repla- cing screen. The designs on main devices of these processes were introduced. Field tests were done to measure the main performance indexes of a prototype. The results were that productivity was , tons of material consumption was , noise was The results showed that it was a kind of satisfactory cotton stalk crusher with production stable, tons of material con- sumption low, and meet the different pieces of edible fungi medium cotton stalk fineness requirement.
